Delete your account

You can delete your AI Match account and all of its data at any time, from inside the app.

In the app

Open AI Match and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete.

Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile, persona, generated bio and values, uploaded photos, matches, messages and push token are permanently removed from our systems. It is a hard delete: nothing is kept to restore later.

Can't open the app?

Email support@nakama-software.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it is you, delete the account and all of its data, and reply when it's done.
