Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Match (the "App"), operated by Nakama Software ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. This document was drafted from a standard template and has not been reviewed by an attorney; it should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before AI Match becomes a paid product or scales beyond a small seeded beta.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use AI Match. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We verify this using the date of birth you provide at signup, and we reject account creation for anyone whose declared date of birth indicates they are under 18.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your date of birth and profile content, and for keeping your account credentials secure. AI Match profiles are intended to authentically represent you. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use AI Match to:

• Post, send, or upload content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, harassing, threatening, or abusive.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions.
• Upload photos that are sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise violate applicable content-safety standards. Uploaded photos are automatically screened before they can appear to other users.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, in-app or otherwise.
• Attempt to circumvent our age-verification, content-moderation, or account-security mechanisms.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the app, or block the user responsible. Both mechanisms are built into the App and take effect immediately (a blocked user can no longer see your profile, match with you, or message you). See also our Community guidelines.

Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App. This is a permanent, irreversible action that removes your profile, persona, photos, messages, and matches from our systems (see Delete your account). We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, including in response to reports of abusive behavior.

Disclaimers

AI Match is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a compatible match, that matches will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both in the app and if you choose to meet in person. Exercise the same caution you would with anyone you meet through any online platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Match and Nakama Software are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages arising from your interactions with other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
