Report a user

The fastest way is in the app: open the person's profile or your chat with them and choose Report. You can also block them there.

To report by email, write to report@nakama-software.com with their display name, what happened and when. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Full steps are on the account deletion page.

How do I join the beta?

Email support@nakama-software.com and we'll send you a TestFlight invite.

Who can use AI Match?

Adults 18 and over only.
